This program exists to give middle and high school students the opportunity to engage in real research work with appropriate guidance, ownership, and structure. Rather than focusing on predefined outcomes or competition, it emphasizes learning how to formulate questions, explore ideas, work through uncertainty, and communicate results—skills that are difficult to develop in traditional classroom settings but essential for scientific and technical thinking.
The program is designed and overseen by Dr. Lin Yi, the founder and head mentor whose background includes academic and industrial research and experience mentoring students in research settings.
